At Villas to Go we have over 700 great
villas and apartments – and we have lots of ways to help you find
the one that’s ideal for you. You can book online, 24 hours a day.
You can even arrange your flights, car hire and insurance here. This
section tells you how to get the best out of the site:
1. Finding a villa or apartment
With over 700 villas and apartments to
choose from, you probably won’t want to look at them all. Instead,
use our site’s search facility to find what you’re looking for or
navigate to them using the links.
- Find a villa: complete the criteria that matter to you and click search, or if you remember the name of the villa / apartment you’re looking for, type it into the ‘find a villa’ box and we’ll take you straight to it.
- Locations: click Locations on the navigation bar at the top of the screen and you’ll
be able to see all of our holiday regions. You can read a guide about
a particular area, or you can ask to see all of our villas and apartments
there.
- Offers: click Offers
on the navigation bar at the top of the screen to see all our special
deals.
- Top 10s: when you’re
looking for something very specific, like a villa on a beach, next to
a golf course, within reach of Disneyland or with a magnificent pool,
click Top 10s on the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. Availability & Prices
When you scroll to the bottom of any
villa/apartment you will find a calendar under the ‘pricing and availability’
tab. Each day on the calendar has a status: “Available”, “Booked”,
or “Unavailable”.
To find out the price for any date that
is available, hover your cursor over the date. A box will display the
nightly price and the price for a week’s stay from that date. Clicking
on an available date will take you to a quote form (see Booking, below).
3. Booking
To book a villa/apartment, follow these
steps:
- Click on the ‘pricing and
availability’ tab for the villa or apartment you are interested in
and then use the left / right arrows above the 2 month calendar to navigate
to your desired date.
- Hover the cursor over the
available start date you wish to book. This will tell you the price
for that date. Try hovering over different dates to see how this can
change the price of your stay.
- Now click on the date to be
taken to a quote form. Completing the form and submitting it will produce
a quick quote for the villa/apartment. You can also add extras such
as cots, pool heating and air-conditioning and re-calculate the cost.
- At this point, you can send
an email enquiry to Villas to Go if you have any queries, you
can email yourself the quote for future reference, or you can proceed
to booking.
- If you proceed to booking,
you’ll be asked to enter the lead passenger’s details. This is the
person who is organising the holiday and who will be the point of contact
for payment. Finally, once you have checked your booking details and
entered your payment details, we will send you a transaction response.
4. Paying
- We ask for payment in full
10 weeks before you travel.
- If you book more than 10 weeks
in advance, we will ask for a 25% deposit, with the balance payable
10 weeks before you travel – we’ll send you a reminder by email.
- If you book less than 10 weeks
in advance, payment is due immediately.

5. Keep me informed
We can send you newsletters about our
destinations and special offers. All you need to do is sign up for them.
When you make a booking, we will keep
in touch as your departure date approaches to make sure everything is
in order and you have all the information you need, including directions
to your villa/apartment and helpful holiday hints.
