Ground Floor

This spacious townhouse is elegantly decorated throughout and has tiled flooring and simple white walls, giving a cool, fresh feel. The large living space has comfortable sofas, satellite/cable TV, a hi-fi system, a dining area with table and chairs for up to six people and patio doors that lead directly out to the sunny terrace and pool. The living area benefits from large windows which flood the property with natural light. The modern kitchen is fully-fitted and equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

First Floor

A staircase leads to the first floor where the three twin bedrooms are found. The master twin has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. The other two twins share the use of a bathroom, also with a separate shower cubicle.

Outside

The private terrace is a perfect suntrap for those wishing to soak up the Portuguese sun, and when you get too warm you can plunge into the private pool to cool off. There is also a built-in barbecue where you can prepare some al fresco dining.

This townhouse is situated in 'tennis valley' in the Vale do Lobo development, near the tennis academy and is only about 20 minutes walk from the beaches and golf courses. The accommodation is spacious and has its own outdoor space; however the nature of the development means that it is close to other properties and would not suit those wanting complete seclusion.

The golden, sandy beaches of the Algarve are 2km away and are popular with local surfers and the families holidaying in Vale do Lobo. As well as golf, horse-riding and tennis, there are plenty of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.

There are many golf courses nearby; the nearest being the Vale do Lobo developments own courses; Royal and Ocean courses, about 1.5km away. Quinta do Lago South (used for the Portuguese open) and Quinta do Lago North are approximately 1.5km away.

The nearest restaurant and shops are those located on the development but there are also plenty of restaurants and cafes situated on the Pra�a (or promenade) that leads along the sea-front at Vale do Lobo beach, where you can dine al fresco on their terraces.

Nearby attractions include the 'Aqua Show' water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approximately 25km away. The inland town of Loul�, 20 minutes away by car, has a craft market every Saturday.

The house we rented was very comfortable and gave enough privacy.

There is a lot of green in the area. When you have a car you can visit a lot of beautiful nice Portugese towns. There are a lot of restaurants and there are several beaches to go to.
