Casa Alleria is a grand old country estate located on top of the mountains in the Sierra the Tramuntana yet close to Soller and Bunyola and only 15km from the city of Palma.

Alleria is ideal for groups or large families, the house was fully restored a couple of years ago and benefits from air conditioning and central heating throughout – perfect for year round get togethers.

The villa is arranged over 3 floors, with living accommodation on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first and second floors.

Impressive entrance leads to large hall, living room with French windows to terrace. Sitting room. Dining room. Fully equipped country style kitchen with doors leading to breakfast terrace with spectacular views across the valley.

On the upper floors there are five double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. Two separate bathrooms. All the bedrooms have TV’s and minibars.

Steps lead down to the pool terrace, there is a covered area overlooking the pool and the valley beyond. The pool has integral steps and is 13m x 6m and 1.3m to 2.1m deep.

Facilities

The idyllic village of Deia sits on a hilltop and extends down into the valley below. Set against the dramatic backdrop of the ‘Serra de Tramuntana’ mountains, it has pretty houses with green shutters and is topped by its ancient church.
