Approach

This brand new second floor apartment has an ideal setting for your villa holiday in the sun, with lawned communal gardens overlooking the fairways of the Laguna Golf Course. The gardens and pool are accessed by a lift which also goes to the garage where there is a designated parking space for each apartment. The complex is secure and gated.

Second Floor

The apartment has a spacious open-plan living area, furnished in a minimalist and contemporary style. There is wood flooring throughout the living area and the apartment has fresh white paintwork and modern art on the walls. The comfortable living area has two leather sofas arranged around a glass coffee table, with a large white rug on the floor. For your entertainment there is a television with some satellite channels and also a DVD player and CD player. The dining area has a rectangular wooden table with six leather upholstered chairs and there is a further dining area outside on the private terrace.

The stylish kitchen has a range of sleek modern units with granite work surfaces. It is well-equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave as well as a ceramic hob, oven and fridge/freezer.

There are two bedrooms on this level. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, overbath shower, WC and washbasin. The chic and comfortable twin bedroom has twin beds, a fitted wardrobe and the use of a separate bathroom.

Outside

The development has communal lawned gardens dotted with palms trees which have a sunny, open aspect and views over the golf course. There is a large communal swimming pool and a separate shallow splash pool for children set in wooden decking at the edge of the main pool. There are sun-loungers provided so you can choose whether to relax in the sun or under the dappled shade of a palm tree.

The apartment’s own terrace is south-facing and ideal for private sunbathing at any time of day. It is also a great place to enjoy an al fresco meal cooked on the barbecue.

Location

Enjoying views across the Laguna Golf Course, the apartment complex is situated in a prestigious area of Vilamoura within easy reach of the marina, tennis courts and several golf courses. The marina is around a twenty minute stroll from the complex and Falesia beach is ten minutes further on – both areas are also accessible by the little road train which runs regularly throughout the summer months. There is a supermarket and some restaurants within walking distance

Vilamoura is a well known and favourite European golfing destination and there are six world class golf courses in the resort, all of which are within easy reach. The resort also offers other outstanding sport and entertainment facilities. These include tennis, horse riding, water sports, a water park and even clay pigeon shooting. Nightlife centres around the huge lively marina, which forms the focal point of the resort, just a short distance from the apartment. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants here not to mention the cinema and the casino.
Vilamoura means, literally ‘Moorish Town’. Today, its most popular attractions are the stylish marina and two sandy beaches, Marina and Falesia. The beaches have fine white sand, restaurants, bars and toilet/shower facilities so you can spend all day relaxing beside the sea in comfort. Windsurfing board hire and water ski-ing are available during the main summer months and lessons can be booked if necessary. If you enjoy boat trips, try an excursion from the marina or visit the Algarve’s Big Game Fishing Centre.
The resort also has an excellent selection of designer boutiques, shoe stores, sports outlets, perfumeries and jewellers. At nearby Loule, you can visit the Saturday market and browse the colourful stalls selling fresh local produce and traditional handicrafts. A little further afield at Guia near Albufeira, you will find the huge Algarve Shopping centre which has over one hundred shops selling a wide range of luxury goods and clothes. Algarve Shopping also has a hypermarket, bowling alley and a multi screen cinema screening films in English with subtitles.
The capital city of the Algarve, Faro, is a short drive away and has a maze of pedestrianised streets and interesting historical buildings.
