The proprietors of this apartment live on the ground floor of this spacious building so guests are assured that everything, including the thoughtfully laid, terraced gardens are kept in pristine condition. The vistas over the Val di Chio are spectacular and can be enjoyed from most of the windows in the two first floor apartments for rental. Attractive and comfortable furnishings adorn the apartments that have autonomous, outside steps at different sides of the house. The fabulous swimming pool is just below the house and has a waterfall cascading down rocks into the pool creating a pleasant sight and sound. Here too is a gazebo for shade from the mid-day sun. Screens have been placed at all the windows except the bathrooms and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Each apartment has its own terrace and there is a laundry room on site.
