Approach

The apartment is on the top floor of an attractive new complex set in enclosed and landscaped grounds. There is a large communal pool and the area is flanked by sun-decking, lawns, palms and shrubs.

Entrance Level
The apartment has been finished to a high standard and has a stylish, ultra-modern interior. The spacious living area has patio doors at one end opening to a private terrace with glorious views over the golf course. The sitting area has a satellite television and an ‘L’shaped chocolate brown sofa, with the formal dining area furnished with a glass dining table and seating for six. The room has a light and airy feel with pale marble floors and contemporary art on the walls

There is a compact modern kitchen fitted with sleek wooden units and integrated stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven and hob.

Lower Level
There are three comfortable bedrooms, all with smart, minimalist décor and useful fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and a luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. Patio doors open to a railed terrace with great views over the surrounding area and golf course. There are two further twin bedrooms, one with access to the balcony, and a separate bathroom which benefits from a Jacuzzi bath, overbath shower, WC, washbasin and bidet.

Outside

The apartment has private terraces on two levels, with glorious views of the surrounding area and golf course. The communal grounds are well-kept and secure, with areas of lawn flanked by palms and flowering shrubs. The communal swimming pool is bordered by stylish decking, and provides ample space for you to stretch out and enjoy the warm sunshine on one of the sun-loungers provided. There are also parasols for those who prefer a bit of shade.

Location

This stylish new complex is located approximately 20 minutes walk from the marina with its wealth of restaurants, bars and nightlife. The lovely beach of Falesia is approximately a half hour walk away, but there is also a tourist train which runs regularly throughout the day and stops close to the entrance of the complex.

Vilamoura is close to the beautiful Algarve coastline and set against a backdrop of lush pine forests. A popular choice for a holiday in the sun, it is one of the largest self contained resorts in Europe, and has the facilities you would expect for a resort of its size. These include tennis, horse riding, water sports, lawn bowling, sailing and deep sea fishing. Nightlife centres around the huge marina which forms the focal point of the resort. Shops, bars and restaurants overlook luxury yachts and there is a cinema and a casino if you fancy a flutter.

The resort has two sandy beaches, Marina and Falesia which are situated either side of the marina. The beaches have fine white sand, restaurants, bars and toilet/shower facilities so you can spend all day relaxing beside the sea in comfort. Windsurfing board hire and water ski-ing are available during the main summer months and lessons can be booked if necessary. If you enjoy boat trips, try an excursion from the marina or visit the Algarve’s Big Game Fishing Centre.

Vilamoura has 6 different golf courses to choose from offering every type of challenge to every standard of player. International tournaments are hosted here on the glorious 18 hole championship courses. The resort also has excellent shopping and a good selection of designer boutiques, shoe stores, sports outlets, perfumeries, jewellers to mention a few. Those wanting to experience a little local tradition can visit the Saturday market at nearby Loule for traditional handicrafts or fresh produce. A little further afield at Guia near Albufeira, you will find the huge Algarve Shopping centre which has over one hundred shops selling a wide range of luxury goods and clothes. Algarve Shopping also has a hypermarket, bowling alley and a multi screen cinema screening films in English with subtitles. Another popular attraction at Guia is the ocean theme park, ZooMarine, or you can visit the Slide and Splash or Aqualand water parks nearby.

The capital city of the Algarve, Faro, is a short drive away and has a maze of pedestrianised streets and interesting historical buildings.
