The villa is kept cool in the heat of the Florida sun with air conditioning throughout. The accommodation is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with breakfast area - great for kids' meals. The kitchen leads to the open plan living area. The dining area with dining table and six cbairs is suitable for more formal dining. There is a seating area with two sofas where you can relax and watch Tv or listen to some music. The living area is decorated with stylish modern furnishings. The living room has patio doors out to the sunbathing deck. There is a further living room so there is no need for larger groups to get on top of each other. Children will be kept entertained in the games room complete with pool table.

There are four bedrooms at the villa. The Queen Master Bedroom is downstairs and has a TV & ensuite bathroom. The second master bedroom can be found upstairs and also has a TV . There are a further two twin bedrooms upstairs - these share a bathroom.

Outside there is plenty of room to enjoy the Florida sunshine. When you get warm cool down in the private pool overlooking the golf course. The pool is screened to help keep off any Florida bugs. If swimming sounds too much like hard work why not just bubble away in the jacuzzi instead? A restful end to the day.
