This modern stylish villa offers generous accommodation in a peaceful location close to all Orlando's main attractions.

The accommodation is arranged over one floor. Air conditioning keeps the villa pleasantly cool in the Florida sunshine. The villa is decorated throughout with stylish modern furnishings. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast area with table and chairs - great for kids' meals or grabbing a quick snack. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with two stools. Why not perch on the stools with a glass of wine while you chat to the cook? The kitchen leads to the open plan living area. The dining area has a dining table and six cbairs and is suitable for more formal dining. There is a seating area with two large sofas where you can relax watch Tv or listen to some music. The living room has patio doors out to the sunbathing deck which could be handy if you want to keep an eye on the kids in the pool.

There are five bedrooms at the villa. Two bedrooms are master suites with queen sized beds, televisions and en suite bathrooms. There are a further two bedrooms with twin beds and another double bedroom. These share a family bathroom.

Outside there is spacious sundeck around the pool. Relax on the sun loungers after a day of fun at Disney World. Then cool down in the private pool overlooking the lake. The pool is screened which offers some shade from the Florida sun depending on the time of day. Electric pool heating is available for £100 per week. Please pre-book this to ensure the pool is pre-heated for your arrival. Any stay of less than 7 nights incurs an extra cleaning charge of £50.
