Casa Tulha, the cottage, is a superb stable conversion overlooking the elegant manor house, the accommodation is comfortable and very spacious.
Upper floor: Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom suite with sofa bed suitable for an additional person and en-suite bathroom both bedrooms overlook the vineyards and towards the manor house, two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and views over woodlands.
Lower floor: Twin bedroom suite with sofa bed suitable for an additional person with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two guest cloakrooms. Compact well equipped kitchen which is ideal for preparing light meals and for those wishing to take advantage of the many good and inexpensive restaurants in the region. Large sitting/dining room with open fireplace, reading and games area.
The indoor pool (7m x 3.5m, 1m to 1.5m deep) is in the east wing with patio doors surrounding and overlook a large sun terrace with views over the estate. There is also a bar area with large drinks fridge and changing rooms with sjowers. This wing can be locked. There is also table tennis and table football and inflateable toys for the pool.
The accommodation in the main house is completely self contained on the ground and lower floors. Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and French doors leading to a covered terrace and a twin bedroom suite with sitting room, featuring sofa bed suitable for one person. Two guest cloakrooms. Large fitted kitchen with breakfast area. The quinta wine cellar has been superbly converted into a living area with dining area suitable for up to 20 guests with games room, television area with sofas, pool table, card tables etc.
