Accommodation is spread over two floors and there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. On the ground floor, a large reception room leads through an open plan archway into the formal dining room, complete with fireplace and attractive exposed beams and original traditional features throughout. The living room has French windows overlooking the gardens and swimming pool and a corner fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast dining area, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It leads on to a separate utility room where you’ll find a second cooker. On this floor are two of the 6 bedrooms, both twins with en suite bathroom. There is also a guest cloakroom and a further small reception room. A covered terrace overlooks the gardens, and is the ideal spot for al fresco dining on the barbecue. On the lower floor are the rest of the bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and two double rooms with en suite shower rooms. One of these is the master double bedroom, which leads onto an adjoining single bedroom, ideal for a child. Casa do Monte is set in great landscaped gardens with terraced lawns surrounding the large pool (10.5m x 4m). There are several covered terraces and barbecue area with outside dining area. There is also a tennis court for guests use - please bring your own equipment.
