Casa Flamenco is a lovely 3 storey villa situated in the perfect location for those wanting accommodation with a private swimming pool yet close to all amenities and attractions that the resort of Nerja has to offer.
On entering the villa there is an entrance hall with cloakroom, an open plan lounge and dining room with satelitte TV, DVD and CD player. French windows from the lounge open out on to the large terrace area where the private pool and BBQ are situated.
The fitted kitchen has oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave & washing machine.
Stairs take you up to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double with doors to a terrace over looking the pool area. Separate shared a family sized bathroom.
A further set of stairs takes you to the second floor that has a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The rectangular pool 7m x 3.5m, 1m deep in the shallow end, is set in a large pool terrace.

Casa Flamenco is next to Casa En Medio should two families wish to travel together.
Please note that the changeover day in the summer months, April to October, is SATURDAY.
Should you wish to travel on a different day, please contact our sales staff who will be happy to request this for you.
If the dates you require are not available please contact our sales team as a similar property may be available.
The house is cleaned and towels and linen changed once a week.
Extra cleaning is available at a supplement cost payable locally of €10 per house (minimum 2 hours)
Air conditioning will be available for the 2012 season. Supplement £60 per week.
