Lower Level

On the ground floor, there is a large beamed living/dining room which has an open fireplace and satellite TV. The large kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms on this level: one with twin beds and an en suite bathroom, two double bedrooms and a separate bathroom. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Upper Level

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms: two twins and one double. There is a third bathroom. There is also a second living/dining room which provides plenty of extra space to relax and leads to a covered terrace with beautiful views. There is also a second fully equipped kitchen.The second floor has an internet connection (WLAN) and air conditioning, (subject to a further payment)

Outside

The roof terrace is the ideal spot to enjoy the views of the surrounding area, or maybe pause for a glass of wine on those warm summer evenings. There is a barbecue and large covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and there is a further terrace area surrounding the large pool. The fenced gardens have a large lawn bordered by exotic plants and palm trees. There is parking available for several cars, as well as a garage.

Location

Casa Kes is situated on the sunny hillside of Rafalet with beautiful views over the valley and “Montgó” Mountain and close to Javea Golf Club.
