This is a two storey, four bedroomed villa with one of the bedrooms being on the ground floor, the other three being on the first floor. Two of the bedroooms have en-suite facilities.

Approach

Casa Margarita is located along a pleasant street where charming white villas are tucked away among leafy palms and fragrant pines. The driveway at the front of the villa offers off-road parking.

Ground Floor

The front door leads to the spacious kitchen, which is decorated in pretty white and blue tiles. Fully equipped, the kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The round breakfast table is separated from the cooking area by an open doorway and service hatch. The kitchen leads into the welcoming dining room where you’ll find a solid wooden dining table to seat eight and glowing wrought-iron chandelier light.

The living room is split into two sections by an arched doorway, with a comfortable TV area on one side and a larger family area with sofa, coffee table and wood-burning stove on the other. The coffee table is extra-large, making it perfect for family card games or children’s colouring-in sessions. There are two air-conditioning units in the living area.

Two steps lead up from the living room to one of the twin bedrooms. Decorated with wrought-iron beds, bedside tables and soft lighting, this cosy bedroom overlooks the leafy green garden. There is also an en suite bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has air conditioning.

First Floor

Carpeted stairs lead upstairs to the bedrooms. The master double bedroom is beautifully decorated, with a wrought-iron four-poster bed and marble floors. The en suite full bathroom has twin sinks and glamorous spot-lights above the mirror. The other double bedroom and twin bedroom are comfortably furnished, and share a separate fully-tiled shower room.

Outside

Casa Margarita is set amidst lush, mature gardens reached via a back door. There is plenty of terracing and a selection of quiet, shaded areas for reading and relaxing. One covered terrace has garden furniture and a built-in barbeque, perfect for al fresco dining.
The lawn is shaded by arching palm trees and thick umbrella pines, casting dappled shade across the grass. Through the garden there runs a large pond resembling a natural stream, edged by stone and filled with water plants. Surrounded by thick palm fronds, the shallow stream is an enchanting garden feature that children will love to explore.
The lagoon-like pool is in the centre of the garden, sheltered by verdant trees and flowering shrubs. Relaxing here by the tranquil water, it’s hard to believe that such serenity is within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Location

Casa Margarita is located in Vilamoura, just 100m from the scenic pine woods of the Old Course. Just around the corner is Brown’s sports club, which offers a wealth of leisure facilities including a gymnasium, spa, pool, restaurant and sports bar. There is a supermarket 250m away, next door to a motel with a restaurant. The centre of Vilamoura, 1.5km away offers a much wider selection of shopping and dining options. Casa Margarita is just 2.5km from Falesia beach and Marina beach, glorious sandy beaches either side of the stylish marina.

Vilamoura is an extremely cosmopolitan resort, and one of Europe’s major golf destinations. Almost every kind of sport and entertainment are on offer, including six golf courses, sports clubs, horse riding stables, a shooting range, night clubs, a casino and plenty of restaurants and bars. Most of the restaurants and bars can be found next to the vibrant marina. Home to a mixture of fishing boats and flamboyant yachts, the marina is an ideal strolling ground.
Located between a fragrant pine forest, reclaimed wetlands and sparkling, turquoise seas, Vilamoura has been carefully built to incorporate the natural surroundings. Just 3km from the beach, the area boasts beautiful coastline with unusual red-coloured rock and pine tree covered cliffs. For the avid historians there are a preserved Roman site and a museum providing insights to the area's past; originally a Roman fishing town, the ruins include excavated baths in which the mariners used to bathe.
