Ground Floor

The villa has a spacious open plan living area, decorated in white with pine furniture and a tiled floor. It is equipped with a television (some satellite channels available) and a DVD player, and has patio doors opening to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. There is a rectangular dining table and eight chairs, this area having convenient access to the fully-equipped kitchen.

There are three attractive, simply-furnished twin bedrooms on the ground floor, one with its own shower room. There is also a separate family bathroom which has a white bathroom suite and overbath shower.

First Floor

Situated on the first floor, the master bedroom has a double bed and access to a private balcony with great views across the surrounding area. There is also a full bathroom with bath/overbath shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.

Outside

There is a boundary hedge between the villa and its neighbouring property, with the tennis court situated to the far side with views over open countryside to the sea.

Adjacent to the living room is a covered terrace overlooking the pool, with patio dining furniture and a built-in barbecue provided for al fresco meals. The 10m x 5m swimming pool is bordered by a sun terrace, with a white-washed wall around the outside and an open poolside shower.
Adjacent to the pool is a children's play area with slide, swings and see-saw.

Peacefully situated in the popular residential area of Vale de Milho, this attractive villa is just 1.6km from Carvoeiro village centre. There is a restaurant/café 700m from the villa, with a mini-market 1.2km away at Rocha Brava. A further selection of shops, bars and restaurants are available in Carvoeiro village.

Centianes beach, a couple of minutes’ drive from the villa is a sandy beach reached by steps and backed by dramatic cliffs. The 9 hole golf course at Vale de Milho is nearby, with golf also available at the Pinta and Gramacho courses on the other side of Carvoeiro.

Carvoeiro was once a quiet fishing village but has steadily grown in size over the years and has a flourishing tourist trade. The streets are lined with cafes, bars and restaurants. A stroll around the older streets of the town will take you to quaint shops offering local crafts for sale and market stalls selling fresh local goods. The small sandy beach has water sports on offer in summer and local fishermen still bring home their catches to the harbour, offering you a glimpse of traditional Portugal.

There are also plenty of opportunities to try other leisure activities such as horse-riding, water sports, and even wine-tasting. Nearby attractions for children include the Aqualand Water Park at Alcantarilha, around 15km away, the Slide and Splash water park at Lagoa and the Zoomarine park at Guia to the north of Albufeira. If you enjoy shopping, Portimao is renowned for its leather goods and shoes, whilst Algarve Shopping, situated at Guia, has a huge purpose-built shopping mall with a multi-screen cinema and bowling alley.

The villa was very clean and well equipped. The four bedrooms were well proportioned and the bathrooms very roomy. The servicing was as promoted.

Very central in the Algarve region which could be explored with quite short journeys. There are a number of beaches within a short drive and a profusion of very good restaurants, while not cheap were very reasonably priced with excellent service.
