Casa Noelia is a offers comfortable accommodation laid out on two levels, with the living accommodation on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper level.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of Casa Noelia offers comfortable and spacious accommodation. A comfortable living area has sofas gathered around a coffee table and facing the room’s television, which has some satellite channels, as well as a DVD player and stereo. This room has lovely wooden French windows which lead directly out onto the pool terrace, and have delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The living/dining accommodation of the villa has the added advantage of being air conditioned for your comfort.

The dining area has a lovely dark wooden table and six chairs for your party to take advantage of the good self catering facilities on offer and dine in. Conveniently located nearby is the villa’s beamed kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped. Here you will find a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a breakfast table and chairs – useful for feeding children those early morning meals.

First Floor

The first floor is where you will find the villa’s three bedrooms. The master room has a double bed, and there is a further double room, which has twin beds placed together, and the final room is a twin. There is air conditioning in the double/twin bedroom. There is a separate bathroom which all these bedrooms share, which is equipped with a bath, wc and wash basin.

Outside

The pleasant exterior of Casa Noelia is a lovely place to spend time on you villa holiday in the sun. There is a private raised pool with integral steps which is set into paved terracing and there are sun loungers and parasols for your sunbathing pleasure. There is a built-in barbecue are where you can grill dinner before settling into the outdoor dining furniture and enjoying a meal outside with glorious views of the surrounding area.

Location

Casa Noelia enjoys a lovely location in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains in the rolling green countryside of the north east area of the island.

The quaint old town of Pollensa, with its restaurants, cafes and shops hiding in a maze of narrow streets, is only a short drive away (4km). On Sundays, the main café-lined square of Placa Major is filled with market stalls selling local crafts and colourful fresh fruit and flowers. A nice stroll around Pollensa will lead you up winding narrow streets that date back to the 18th century.

Sheltering the town are the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains providing unforgettable views and also giving holidaymakers the opportunity to enjoy a little walking or hiking.
The beach at Puerto Pollensa Bay (8km away) has warm, shallow waters, ideal for families with small children. It offers a selection of water sports, and facilities such as beachside cafes and sunbeds/parasols. However, there are also a number of small coves in the surrounding area for those who want more peace and seclusion.

The harbour of Pollensa Bay is home to an array of luxury yachts, as well as colourful local fishing boats. In the evening, take a stroll along the Pine Walk promenade, a pedestrian walkway overhung by palms and fragrant pines. This stretches from the marina to the beach, past luxury villas and apartments.

Within the Pollensa region is the Albufereta Nature Reserve, covering 150 hectares with canals, lakes and reed beds; protected homes to a wide variety of birds. This peaceful location is about 10km south of Pollensa town.
