At one end of the living room is the kitchen whilst at the other end there is a winding brick and stone staircase up to the bedroom The french doors lead out on to the barbecue terrace so it is easy to make the most of the weather with al fresco meals.

There is also a small Shower room with WC

Up in the rafters, there is a bijou bedroom with two beds and storage for clothes

Casa Solagne is an independent house privately situated in the grounds of the owner’s villa. The owners, who have their own garden and two dogs may occasionally use the pool that is situated at Casa Solagne. The house is comfortably furnished and both from the pool and some windows are pleasent views of the countryside. A large bougainvillea covered terrace is suitable for dining outside. The nearest shops are about 4 kilometres away, with an abundance of local restaurants offering typical good value local food.

Inland from the largest seaside resort of Le Marche at San Benedetto del Tronto, Casa Solagne enjoys tranquillity in Le Marche’s ocean of hills that has been shaped by tenant farming. Reaching as far as the eye can see is the Adriatic in the background. This southern coastline is known as the Riviera of the Palms with its lush vegetation and pristine beaches. Not only are there countless artistic treasures in all the hill towns but also a further advantage is that this situation is also close to the border of Abruzzo for further exploration.
