Approach

Located in a quiet, residential area of Vilamoura, Casa Solma is set in a mature garden with a large, grassy lawn. The villa has an attractive, contemporary exterior with curved white walls and terraces. There is a driveway with parking space at the front of the villa.

Ground Floor

The front door opens into an entrance hall which leads to several rooms. Turning left brings you to an open-plan living and dining. The living area has a delightful, homely ambience, with comfy sofas, soft carpeting, a TV and CD player. From here, patio doors slide open to the pool terrace. The cosy dining area seats six, and looks over the gardens through patio doors. From here, a doorway leads to the fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
From the entrance hall, a corridor leads to two twin bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. Both twin rooms are cosily furnished with dark wood beds and soft, pastel linens. Next to the bedrooms is a full bathroom.

First Floor

Upstairs is the master double bedroom. It enjoys an en suite bathroom and access to a spacious roof terrace - a peaceful spot to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee.

Outside

Stepping out of the patio doors brings you to the sunny pool terrace. The L-shaped pool bends around the villa and has roman steps leading gently into the water - perfect for the youngest and eldest members of your party. The terrace continues around the side of the villa, where you’ll find a built-in barbeque for al fresco dining. Why not take some fresh meat and herbs, and let them slowly sizzle while you relax with your family?

From the barbeque terrace, a couple of steps lead you down into the garden where mature, blossoming trees spread their dappled shade across the lawn. This large, grassy lawn makes a great play area for children, or a relaxing place to stretch out and enjoy some secluded sunbathing

Casa Solma is well located in a quiet residential area just 1km away from the Old Village resort, which has a supermarket, shops and popular restaurants. The stylish Vilamoura marina and Marina Beach are just 2 kilometres from the villa. The nearest golf course is Pinhal Golf, 2 kilometres away. Pinhal is an attractive 18-hole course set in a scenic pine wood.

Vilamoura is an extremely cosmopolitan resort, and one of Europe’s major golf destinations. Almost every kind of sport and entertainment are on offer, including six golf courses, sports clubs, horse riding stables, a shooting range, night clubs, a casino and plenty of restaurants and bars. Casa Solma is just 2km from the marina, where most of the restaurants and bars can be found - as well as a wonderful array of flamboyant yachts.

Located between a fragrant pine forest, reclaimed wetlands and sparkling, turquoise seas, Vilamoura has been carefully built to incorporate the natural surroundings. Just 3km from the beach, the area boasts beautiful coastline with unusual red-coloured rock and pine tree covered cliffs. For the avid historians there are a preserved Roman site and a museum providing insights to the area's past; originally a Roman fishing town, the ruins include excavated baths in which the mariners used to bathe.
