This 4-bedroom villa is arranged on two floors, with the bedrooms upstairs.

Approach

The road leads you to Casa Tilias through fields and villas set in leafy gardens. There is a driveway with parking at the front of the villa, and a private pool and gardens behind. The villa's private tennis court is adjacent to the villa gardens.

Ground Floor

The front door opens to a light and airy entrance hall, which leads to the open-plan living and dining room. This room is very spacious, and filled with natural light from three sets of French windows that lead out to the pool terrace and gardens. Straight ahead is the comfortable living area, with a stone fireplace and smooth beech floors. Three cream sofas are arranged around the fireplace, and in the corner are a TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD stereo.

The spacious dining area is to the left, with a solid dining table that seats eight. The table looks overlooks the leafy gardens through French windows that open onto a covered dining terrace. From the dining room, a doorway leads to the kitchen. Modern and fully equipped, the kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. From the kitchen, a doorway leads you back round to the entrance hall, past a utility room with washing machine and a shower room.

First Floor

Upstairs is a landing that leads to the four bedrooms, all of which are comfortably furnished and have fitted wardrobes. To the right is a spacious double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Beside it is a large twin bedroom, also with en suite bathroom. Straight ahead is a cosy twin room that uses the separate bathroom adjacent to it. To the left is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and French windows to a lovely, private balcony terrace - the perfect place for to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the surrounding views.

Outside

French windows from the living and dining areas lead out to a partially covered terrace. Furnished with garden table and chairs, this spacious terrace is ideal for al fresco dining. In the garden is a stone barbeque, so as evening falls you can relax with a glass of chilled wine while the sound of sizzling fills the gardens.

Beyond the furnished terrace is the pool terrace. The large roman-ended pool measures 12m by 5.5m, and features a beautiful underwater dolphin mosaic. Around the pool are plenty of sun loungers and parasols and a poolside shower. Steps lead gently into the shallow end of the pool, which can be illuminated at night.

Surrounding the pool terrace are beautiful gardens, where leafy trees and thick palms cast dappled shade across the lush, green lawns. Adjacent to the gardens is the villa's very own private tennis court. Guests are asked to bring their own tennis equipment.

  Some great restaurants nearby. beaches about 15-20 minute walk but dont need go leave the villa as the pool is fantastic !

Location

Casa Tilias is located in a peaceful residencia just 5km from the lively resort of Albufeira. The villa is just 2km from Gal� Beach, a beautiful expanse of sand that stretches for miles between picturesque cliffs. A mini-market and restaurant are both within convenient walking distance. Just a short drive brings you to Albufeira, where you'll find an accessible sandy beach and wide selection of restaurants and bars.

Casa Tilias is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Albuferia coastline, with its fourteen sandy beaches and coves. The nearest is Gal� beach, which has a wide variety of tourist facilities and snack bars. In the direction of Albufeira are two smaller beaches that are quieter and less visited. Castelo Beach and S�o Rafael are picturesque coves protected by stunning rock formations of great natural beauty.

Once a traditional fishing village, Albufeira is now a sprawling town with plenty to see and something to suit everyone. During the day you can enjoy the sandy stretches of beach or browse the markets where local handicrafts and fresh goods are sold. In the evening, a wide variety of bars, restaurants and clubs fill the streets with people and life; locals sit on the terraces of traditional restaurants, the bars fill up with thirsty punters and all kinds of music drift across the air. You can admire the array of white yachts in the newly completed marina in the west. Alternatively, you could stroll around the Old Town and explore the maze of cobbled streets, past white-washed fishermen's houses.

Many of the beaches have water sports on offer throughout the summer, and there are plenty of golf courses, tennis courts and horse riding facilities found all around the Algarve. The nearest golf course to the villa is Balaia Golf Course, a 9-hole course 8km away.

Nearby attractions for those with children include;

. ZooMarine- an ocean theme park set amongst lakes and gardens with exhibitions, shows and rides to entertain the whole family. Has a large range of marine animals from sea lions and dolphins to turtles and exotic birds. About 3km away in neighbouring Guia.

. Slide and Splash - a huge water park with pools, Jacuzzis, slides and rapids that can keep the whole family amused for a day. There are plenty of grassy areas for relaxing and picnicking and because the grounds are so large, it doesn't get too crowded. Located north of the town on the N125
