Interior

Inside there is a living/dining room with a vaulted ceiling, open fireplace, satellite TV and air conditioning (supplement payable). The modern kitchen has a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, two double and one twin, one of which also has the benefit of air conditioning (supplement payable). One double room has an en suite bathroom, and there is a second separate bathroom.

Exterior

Outside there is a covered terrace and barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. The pool is set in a lovely fenced garden and from the roof terrace there are superb views. Covered parking area.

Location

Casablanca is on the plateau of the Cabo la Nao area near Javea. The villa is situated in a wooded area and has lovely views of the sea and Montgo mountain.
