Villa Walkthrough

This lovely four bedroom villa, built all on one level, offers stylish accommodation in a peaceful conservation area only fifteen minutes from Disney World.

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has been furnished in a modern style. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the open plan living area. There is a breakfast table and chairs in the kitchen which is handy for giving the kids their meals or grabbing a quick snack. The dining area has a dining table with six chairs for more formal dining. The sitting area has sofas where you can relax and watch the big screen TV after a day of fun at any of Orlando's attractions. There is another living room which has a queen sized sleeper sofa and TV - great for larger groups or two families travelling together.

There are two master bedrooms (one with king sized bed and one with queen sized bed) both with TV and en suite bathrooms. There are a further two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and these share a family bathroom.

The open plan living area has patio doors opening on to the sun deck. When the Florida sun has warmed you, take a refreshing dip in your private pool over looking the lake. Electric pool heating is available for a supplement of £100 per week. Please pre-book this to ensure the pool is pre-heated for your arrival. For stays of less than 7 nights an extra cleaning charge of £50 applies.

The Villa will sleep a maximum of 10 people with two on the sofa bed in the living area.
