It is a detached property situated behind a wishing well gate and totally fenced. Inside, the furnishings are of country cottage style, comfortable and inviting with a lived-in feeling. The covered, furnished terrace provides excellent opportunities for al fresco dining and is where previous guests seem to congregate in harmony with the surrounding woods. A 5 x 10 metre swimming pool lies below the terrace. Outside the grounds are some delightful walks through the prodigious, lush green landscape of vineyards and olive groves.

From Greve there is a regular bus service to Florence which arrives in the middle of the historical centre.
