Villa Walkthrough

This newly constructed villa comprises of two floors, with one bedroom on the ground floor, and balconied terraces leading from the remaining bedrooms on the first floor.

Ground Floor

This immaculately presented four-bed villa is newly built and has been elegantly decorated throughout. The entrance hall leads to the multi-purpose TV/Office room equipped with fax, telephone, cable TV, video and DVD player, and there are patio doors that lead out to the garden and pool. The large living area is beautifully furnished with bright coloured fabrics and classic wooden furniture offsetting the simple white walls and tiled floors. There is a feature fireplace containing a wood burning stove; a cosy indulgence for those visiting in winter. Within this space is a dining area with a table and chairs seating six. There is a hi-fi system and patio doors that open out onto the garden and pool.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, sandwich maker and coffee machine. There is also a separate utility room with a washer-dryer. In addition, there is one bedroom on the ground floor; with twin beds and an adjacent shower room.

First Floor

A staircase takes you to the first floor where you'll find the remaining three bedrooms. All are softly and tastefully decorated using coloured fabrics to complement the simple white walls and tiled flooring. The first is a twin with fitted wardrobes, an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading out on to a small upstairs terrace, a perfect place to savour your first cup of coffee in the morning. There is a guest suite comprising of a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and shower cubicle.

The fourth, master double bedroom has the added luxury of a dressing hall area, TV, en-suite bathroom and patio doors opening out on to a private terrace overlooking the stunning pool and gardens.

Outside

The villa is surrounded by a mature, well-kept garden with a lush, green lawn to the front of the property and many plants and shrubs which give a feeling of privacy and seclusion. To the back is a terrace based around the freeform shaped pool, which measures approximately 8 by 4 metres. The pool also includes a bench spa, a small platform to one side on which you can sit and be massaged by the bubbling jets. The pool has a backdrop formed from rock, from which small waterfalls gently cascade into the water creating a tranquil, restful sound.

Around the pool area there are wooden sun-loungers and parasols to please both the sun worshippers and those who prefer shade. At the side of the pool, next to the villa is a barbecue area with a traditional built-in barbecue and outdoor furniture, ideal for al fresco dining.

Additional Information

Pool heating, air-conditioning throughout the villa and under floor heating are all available at a supplement of £120 per week, per service.

There is maid service 5 days per week.

As the property is privately owned a refundable damage deposit of £500 is required with final payment.

Location

The property is located within the exclusive resort of Dunas Douradas, between the larger resorts of Vale do Lobo, well-known for its sophisticated sea-front restaurants and challenging golf courses and Quinta do Lago. This villa is ideal for groups seeking the entertainment of golf courses, beaches and restaurants whilst also enjoying their own luxurious retreat.

The nearby Praia do Garr�o beach is a short stroll away. This part of a 3km stretch of golden beach is backed by dunes and pine trees and is popular with local surfers and those holidaying in Vale do Lobo. As well as golf, horse-riding and tennis, there are plenty of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.

There are many golf courses nearby; the nearest ones being Quinta do Lago South (used for the Portuguese open) and Quinta do Lago North, about 2.5km from Dunas Douradas. As well as the Royal and Ocean courses of Vale do Lobo, also approximately 2.5km away.

The nearest shop and restaurant are within the development and there are many more restaurants and bars situated on the Pra�a (or promenade) that leads along the sea-front at Vale do Lobo where you can dine al fresco on their terraces.

Nearby attractions for those with children (or who are just big kids) include the 'Aqua Show' water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approx. 30km away. The nearby fishing village of Quarteira has a big Wednesday market or you can visit the inland town of Loule,20 minutes away by car,which has a craft market every Saturday.
