    On the ground floor of this two storey villa you will find a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and an open plan living / dining area, complete with open fireplace and satellite TV. There is a separate laundry room which houses the washing machine. On this floor you will also find two of the three bedrooms, each twin rooms, and a separate bathroom. The second floor is exclusively for the third twin bedroom with its en suite shower room and dressing area.

    Outside there is a pleasant pool (4 x 8m) and terrace area set in a closed garden, ideal for lazing in the late afternoon sun, or perfect for enjoying a bit of al fresco dining in the evening on the barbecue.
