The Kotzias apartments are located in Pissouri Beach, just 50m from the popular blue flag beach, mini-market and taverna. There are also larger supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The nearest golf course is Aphrodite Hills, 3km away. The 18-hole championship course is set in an award-winning resort that also offers a health club, luxury spa and tennis academy.

Pissouri is actually two distinct communities, Pissouri village and Pissouri Beach. The apartments are located in Pissouri Beach, a pleasant resort with a small selection of popular tavernas, a few shops, two banks, some apartments and a hotel. The beautiful blue flag beach is part sand, part shingle, and there are a variety of water sports on offer in the summer, including water skiing and jet skiing. The clear warm waters are particularly popular with families with young children.
Just a 5km drive inland is Pissouri village. Surrounded by hills and vineyards, it is a charming farming village with an unhurried pace and traditional Cypriot character. The main meeting point is the pedestrianised village square, with fountain, shops and restaurants. The square is an ideal place to enjoy a drink or meal and take in the atmosphere. Another feature of the village are the views; to the east you can see the countryside and coastline all the way to Limassol, and to the north the whole of the Troodos range including Mount Olympus.
Just 20km away is Paphos, whose beautiful historical ruins and mysterious underground vaults add up to nothing less than an open museum - so much so that UNESCO added the whole town to its World Cultural Heritage List. The town also offers a cosmopolitan selection of bars, cafes and restaurants, stylish late night clubs, an aquarium and a go-karting track.

Approach

Set in pleasant gardens with a communal pool, this cluster of apartments has a peaceful village feel to them. The Kotzias apartments are attractive white buildings with slanted terracotta roofs and iron balconies.

Ground Floor

The front door opens into the light and airy living and dining area. On the right is a well-equipped pine kitchenette, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Beyond the kitchenette is a dining table to seat four. Straight ahead is the comfortable living area, with sofas, coffee table and satellite TV. From here, patio doors lead out to a spacious balcony that overlooks the leafy gardens – a lovely spot to sip coffee while enjoying the fresh sea breeze.
The bedroom is located off the living area. The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and doors leading to a separate balcony. Beside the bedroom is a fully-tiled shower room.

Outside

To the side of the apartments is a spacious pool area with a paved terrace. The pool area is bordered by verdant hedges for shade and privacy. Steps lead gently into the shallow end of the pool for easy access. You will find plenty of space for lazing by the pool, and from the terrace you can enjoy lovely views of the hilly countryside behind the complex.
Beside the pool is a small snack bar serving simple refreshments, as well as a children’s play area.
