Interior

This two storey house is effectively ‘upside down’, with kitchen, dining room and living room on the second floor. The living room is light and area, with a typical beamed ceiling, an open fireplace and satellite TV. The separate dining room looks out over the bay with fantastic sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with dishwasher.

There are two of the four bedrooms on this level, both twin, as well as a separate bathroom.

The lower floor comprises of the final two bedrooms, one twin and one double, and a shower room. There is a second kitchen and living/ dining area, so this villa is ideal for families or groups travelling who may want a degree of independence.

Exterior

Outside you will find a covered terrace area, perfect for al fresco dining on mild evenings. There is further terrace area with a barbecue, as well as a swimming pool, all surrounded by a lush green garden. Garage for parking.

Location

L’Escala is situated in a wooded residential area, with spectacular views across the bay, the island of Portichol and the cape of San Martin. It is only a short drive away from the beach and other amenities.
