La Rafal is a two storey property with four bedrooms, where two of the bedrooms are downstairs and the remaining two are upstairs.

Ground Floor

The main door opens into a spacious entrance hall, which leads to the villa’s main rooms. The living/room is a spacious room with a vaulted ceiling and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. Comfortable seating for six provides a pleasant area to relax and enjoy the villa’s television, which has some satellite TV channels available, and there is also a DVD and CD player. A large pine dining table has seating for eight, and terracotta tiles give the room a rustic feel while keeping the room cool underfoot. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and has a separate utility room housing the washing machine.

Also on this level are two of the villa’s bedrooms. The first is a double which has an en-suite shower room, and the other is a twin room, also with an en-suite shower room.

First Floor

At the top of the stairs, there is a charming reading area, and a corridor leads to the remaining bedrooms. The first is a twin with an en-suite bathroom, with bath, washbasin and WC. The other bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room.

Outside

Outside the villa is a covered terrace which overlooks the pool, complete with outdoor dining furniture. The rectangular pool is 9.5m x 4m and has a ‘beached’ shallow end which is ideal for young children to play in. There is also a built-in barbecue perfect for dining al fresco in the balmy Majorcan evenings. The pool is surrounded by ample sun-loungers for your party, and there are parasols available for those who prefer the shade.

This villa is wheelchair friendly – there are ramps, wide door openings and ground floor bedroom and bathroom facilities. There is air conditioning throughout - supplement £100 per week.
Welcome pack, beach towels and hairdryer are inluded.
One cot and one highchair are available when requested.

Location

La Rafal is situated in a quiet country lane with wrought iron gates opening into the private gravelled drive which leads to the main entrance. The villa has distant views of the mountain range and occupies a pretty spot among the trees and groves of the Majorcan countryside.

Within easy strolling distance is the charming town of Old Pollensa with its lovely square and many fine bars and restaurants.
