All homes feature a master bedroom with either a king or queen size bed and an en suite bathroom, with over bath shower or with bath and separate shower stall. There are 3 further bedrooms, with double or twin beds, and two separate bathrooms with bath with overhead shower. All properties have fully equipped kitchens with a breakfast area, formal dining room, living rooms and patio doors onto the pool terrace. There is a separate utility room with a large capacity washer and dryer. All homes have a T.V. a hi fi. unit, capable of playing CD's and tapes, and most have VCR's and DVD players. All 4 bedroom properties have a double width garage, and a covered lanai partly covering the swimming pool deck offering some shade depending on the time of day. All properties have their own screened in swimming pool, with integral steps and depths ranging from 3ft to 6 ft. Swimming pools sizes are approximately 14 wide by 30 foot long.
Pools are either solar heated which is free of charge or can be heated by a more effective heat pump method which will incur a charge. A swimming pool will take approximately up to 3 days to reach the desired temperature, and therefore it is essential that you pre book electric pool heating to ensure that the pool is up to temperature on the day of your arrival.
