Equipped and furnished to a very high standard, this comfortable home offers a superb base from which to enjoy the many pleasures of the Naples area.

All one one level the property boasts an oversized pool deck which overlooks a very wide canal and ensures plenty of sun throughout the day but also has a shaded outdoor dining area. The light and airy living/dining room is the heart of the house and has comfortable, stylish furniture as well as an open plan kitchen with all the modern appliances. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin sharing a separate bathroom.

The screened pool has electric pool heating – £100 per week. Must be booked in advance to ensure pre heating the pool to temperature before arrival.

Close by are local shops and eateries. The community has some communal facilities – heated pools, tennis, 5-a-side soccer nets, basketball, children’s playground. A short drive away is the characterful centre of Olde Naples, with many exclusive shops and restaurants. The beach has lovely fine white sand and is a very popular place to watch the sun go down over the Gulf of Mexico.
