This lovely holiday villa with private pool is located on the Quinta Jacintina residencia close to the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, within a short drive of the beach, shops and leisure facilities, including two world-class golf courses. This villa provides spacious family accommodation.
The dune-backed golden, stretch of sand that borders the Atlantic Ocean along this section of the Algarve, is popular with local surfers and the families holidaying in Vale do Lobo. As well as golf, horse-riding and tennis, there are plenty of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.
There are many golf courses nearby; the nearest being the Royal and Ocean courses on the Vale do Lobo development, approximately 2.5km from the villa. Alternatively, Quinta do Lago South (the course used for the Portuguese open) and Quinta do Lago North are within a short drive.
Vale do Lobo has its own shops about 2km away from the property. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants lining the sophisticated sea-front Praça (or promenade) along Vale do Lobo beach where you can dine outside on the terraces and watch the world go by.
Nearby attractions popular with families include the ‘Aqua Show’ water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park at Guia near Albufeira, approximately 25km away. Also at Guia is the huge Algarve Shopping centre which has a shopping mall, a multi-screen cinema showing films in English and a bowling alley. The inland town of Loulé, 20 minutes away by car, has a craft market every Saturday where you can browse colourful stalls brimming with local handicrafts to take home as souvenirs or presents.

Approach
This delightful lemon-painted villa sits on the prestigious Quinta Jacintina development within a fully enclosed and gated garden which is screened from neighbouring properties by well-kept, mature hedges. There is a gate to the front garden from the off-road parking area which has room for two cars. A pathway leads past the pool to the front door with an entrance hall beyond.
Ground Floor
The villa has a spacious open plan living/dining room with a stone corner fireplace and a comfortable seating area with three sofas grouped around a coffee table. There is a flat screen television with some satellite channels and a DVD player which is useful for keeping the children amused when they need some time out of the sun. The dining table has chairs for eight and is positioned next to patio doors which open to a small back garden with an outdoor dining area and barbecue.
An open archway from the entrance hall leads to the bright and spacious kitchen which has white tiles from floor to ceiling, fitted white units and a convenient breakfast table and chairs. Modern and well-equipped, the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is door leading to the garden and a separate utility room with a washing machine and ironing area.
There is one ground floor bedroom which has a double bed and an en suite shower room. There is also a separate guest shower room and WC.
First Floor
A marble staircase leads to the three upstairs bedrooms. All three rooms have twin beds and are light and airy with white walls and tiled floors. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and another has patio doors opening to a first floor balcony which overlooks the pool garden at the front of the property. Also on this level is a full family bathroom.
Outside
The villa has a lawned garden which is fully enclosed and has a gate at the front entrance. There are hedges screening the garden from neighbouring properties and plenty of grass for children to play on. The villa’s 8m x 4m pool is surrounded by paving and is located at the front of the property with sun-loungers set out on the grass beside the villa.
The dining room has patio doors opening to a small back garden with an outdoor dining area and barbecue.
