This modern stylish villa offers generous accommodation in a peaceful location close to all Orlando's main attractions.

The accommodation is arranged over one floor. Air conditioning throughout the villa keeps the accommodation pleasantly cool. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area with table and chairs - handy for kids' meals or grabbing a quick snack. The kitchen leads to the open plan living area. The dining area with dining table and six cbairs is suitable for more formal dining. There is a seating area with two large sofas where you can relax watch the big screen Tv or listen to some music. The living area is decorated with stylish modern furnishings. The living room has patio doors out to the sunbathing deck. There is a further living room with a queen sized sleeper sofa so there is no need for larger groups to get on top of each other.

There are four bedrooms at the villa. One bedroom is a master bedroom with queen size bed, television and en suite bathroom. There are a further two bedrooms with twin beds. There is another double bedroom with a view of the pool. These three bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Outside there is plenty of room to enjoy the Florida sunshine. When you get warm cool down in the private pool overlooking the attractive conservation area. The pool is screened which offers some shade from the Florida sun depending on the time of day. Electric pool heating is available - £100 per week. Pre booking is advised to ensure the pool is pre-heated for your arrival. Any stay of less than 7 nights incurs a £50 extra cleaning charge.
