Several steps take you to the entrance door and the open plan living/dining area with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and CD player.
Doors from this area lead you to to a covered terrace and pool area. An archway leads from the living room to the well fitted kitchen with washing machine, hob and oven, fridge freezer and microwave.
There is a guest cloakroom.

Stairs take you to the upper floor where you will find master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and doors to a balcony. 2 twin rooms share a separate full bathroom.

The rectangular shaped pool (approx 5m x 4m x 1m in the shallow end) is set in a large terrace with a barbecue surrounded by wall and shrubs.

Additional Information

Should two families wish to travel together please note that Los Pinos is next to Casa Chica.

The changeover day in the summer months, April to October, is SUNDAY.

Should you wish to travel on a different day please contact our staff who will request this for you.

If the dates you require are not available please contact our sales team as a similar property may be available.

Cleaning and change of towels and linen is once a week.
Extra cleaning is available for which there is a supplement payable locally of €10 per hour (minimum 2 hours).

Air conditioning will be available for the season 2012. Supplement £60 per week.
