Zrnovska Banja is a little settlement at the head of a bay just north of Korcula town. There are little jetties from which children jump in to swim and splash around in the clear, warm, blue water. The house itself sits in a plot of about 1000m2 and is surrounded by a well cared for garden with flowering shrubs, palms and bougainvilia and is situated just 20 metres from the sea. There is a simple village shop just 50 metres from the house, and the nearest restaurant Castello is just 1.5km. For a greater range of shops and restaurants the ancient town of Korcula is just 5 minutes away by car. There are a number of good beaches, notably at Lumbarda, and water taxis may be taken from Korcula to the beaches on the small islands off the coast between Korcula and Lumbarda. DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION The garden surrounds the house, and French windows which open directly from the sitting room onto the terrace allow the scent of the blossoms to enter inside. From the terrace are views of the sea and bay. All the accommodation is on the ground floor. The sitting room is furnished with two armchairs and two sofas. There is a separate kitchen/dining room with table and chairs. The property has three bedrooms and a shower room/WC; two bedrooms have double beds and one has two single beds. A washing machine is in the the cellar. Getting there: Sunday arrival at Dubrovnik. Transit by road and ferry 2 hours 30 minutes.

Most of our Dubrovnik villas and apartments have sea views, with many situated just metres from a beach or swimming jetty. Dubrovnik has a picturesque medieval old town to explore, or you can jump on a ferry to the neighbouring islands of Mljet, Kolocep, Lopud or Sipan. Mljet is a national park where you can go canoeing, hire bikes or enjoy a gentle stroll around the pretty port of Pomena. The lovely island of Korcula is accessible from Orebic at the tip of the Peljesac peninsula.
