Marina View apartment is right in the heart of Vilamoura marina, just 50m from the closest restaurant, and 500m to the nearest shop. The beach is an easy walk away at 1km, so you have everything that you will need for a car free villa holiday in the sun.

Vilamoura is a sprawling cosmopolitan resort and one of Europe's major golfing destinations. There are many kinds of entertainment on offer, including six major golf courses, sports clubs, horse riding stables, a shooting range, night clubs, a casino and plenty of restaurants and bars.

Set against the fragrant pine forests and sparkling turquoise sea, Vilamoura has been carefully constructed to complement its natural surroundings. The beautiful coastline in this area has unusual red-coloured rock and pine covered headlands. The beach here runs along either side of the marina. Falesia beach is a long stretch of sand backed by cliffs and runs from the Vilamoura marina as far as the fishing village of Olhos D'Agua. Warm waters and good water sports facilities along with a lifeguard service are all on offer at the Vilamoura end, along with several good restaurants overlooking the marina.

There are several different kinds of holiday diversion on offer, including a preserved Roman site near to the marina discovered in the 1960's and a museum for those in search of a little culture.

Ground Floor

The living accommodation of Marina View is a large L-shaped room which has been tastefully decorated with wooden floors and pale walls. The living room area has comfortable sofas and occasional chairs and the room has lovely views of the marina. There is a television which has some satellite channels and a music system. The dining area has a rectangular table with six chairs, near to the apartment's kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with base and eye level white units, and comes with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Adjacent to the living area there is a fully covered terrace with a second television for use with a DVD and video.

The master bedroom has a double bed and has its own en suite shower room. There is a second bedroom which has twin beds and its own full bathroom complete with bath, wc and wash basin.

Outside

Marina View apartment is on a small development which has a feeling of privacy and intimacy and benefits from a shared pool. In the grounds there is a freeform pool set in tiled terraces with lovely views of the surrounding marina. The pool has white-washed walls, and established shrubs making for a pleasant environment to relax and soak up the warm Algarve sunshine. The pool area has convenient toilet and changing facilities.

Air conditioning is available in the living area, which is included in the price. Heating is available in the cooler months, for which there is an extra charge. Private underground parking is available. Maid service is included, as are towels and linen. The building has an intercom entry system and a lift.
