This five bedroom villa is spread over two floors.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor a comfortable living room can be found, complete with open fireplace and satellite TV. The open plan kitchen on this level includes microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and there is a dining area featuring a bar, perfect for indoor entertaining. There are three bedrooms on this floor, two doubles, and one with four single beds. There are also two separate shower rooms.

Upper Level

On the first floor you will find a second living room and kitchen with dishwasher, so there is plenty of space for larger groups. A sun lounge overlooking the pool and terrace is also a further dining area. The other two bedrooms are on this floor, both twin rooms, and a third separate bathroom. There is also a roof terrace, from which views of the surroundings can be enjoyed.

Outside

Outside there is a covered terrace area and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining, and the large pool is surrounded by more terrace area, giving plenty of space to lounge on the sun beds. There is closed parking for several cars.

Location

Casa Miguel is situated in wooded surroundings with views of the sea. Only a two minute drive from El Arenal beach, shops and other amenities.
