This is a stylish villa, all on one level, with attractive modern furnishings throughout. The villa is kept cool in the Florida sunshine with air conditioning throughout the villa. There is a modern kitchen fully equipped with all you should need for your self catering holiday. The kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs - great for kids' meals or grabbing a quick snack. The kitchen leads to the open plan living area furnished with bright modern furnishings. The dining area has a dining table and six cbairs and is suitable for more formal dining. There is a seating area with two sofas where you can relax and watch Tv or listen to some music. Patio doors lead out from the living area to the sun deck by your private pool. This would be useful if your wanted to keep an eye on the kids in the pool while you relax inside.

There are five bedrooms at the villa. Two bedrooms are master suites, one with a queen sized bed, TV and en suite bathroom. The other has a double bed with en suite bathroom. There are a further three bedroom one twin, one double and a childrens room with two sets of bunk beds - handy for lots of kids sharing. These three bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Outside there is spacious sundeck around the pool with plenty of loungers to relax on and enjoy the Florida sun. Then cool down in the private pool overlooking the conservation area. Electric pool heating is available for a supplement of £100 per week. Please pre book this to ensure the pool is pre-heated for your arrival.
