Nova Apartments

Approach

The 36 Villa Nova Apartments are situated across three low-rise blocks which face south and east to benefit from the long hours of the Algarve sunshine. To the front are the communal gardens with well-kept green lawns and colourful flower beds. At the back of the apartments are parking spaces and wide cobbled pavements surrounded by leafy green shrubs. Small sets of stairs lead up to the apartment.

Ground Floor

The front door opens into an entrance hallway of the light and airy apartment. The walls are white and the smooth floors are tiled – feeling cool underfoot even in summer. The hallway continues into the open/plan living and dining room which has a sofa bed, armchairs, coffee table and TV arranged in a cosy sitting area. Sliding patio doors open on to a sunny terrace with a garden table and chairs. This is a nice place to savour a cup of coffee first thing in the morning and watch the world go by.
Within the living room there is also a dining table and six chairs, adjacent to the fitted kitchen. This tiled room features a row of wooden units, granite worktop with integral sink and is well-equipped with a washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinet with small reading lamps, and fitted wardrobes. It also has its own en-suite bathroom with full bathtub and over-bath shower. The second bedroom is furnished in a similar way but with twin beds. There is a separate tiled bathroom with full bathtub and over-bath shower as well as a toilet, washbasin and large mirror.

Outside

Patio doors lead from the living room onto a large sunny terrace. From the garden and chairs here, you can enjoy a long, lazy lunch. The small private back garden of some apartments has a green lawn surrounded by a stone wall, and there are potted plants and a colourful flowering shrub. A nice place to laze in the warm Algarve sunshine.
