This pretty, homely villa is arranged on two floors and has its own private pool and grassy lawn.

Approach

Villa Orange Tree is located in an attractive development of two-storey villas near the Old Village complex. Access to the villa is from the front, and to the rear is a private garden with a freeform pool, a terrace and a grassy lawn.

Ground Floor

From the front, the villa is entered through a hall. At the end of the hall is a neat well-equipped kitchen, with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. From here, a doorway leads you through to the delightful living and dining area. On the right, two beautiful mosaic steps lead up to the homely living area, with its comfortable sofas and TV. To the left is a spacious dining area, with wooden dining table to seat eight. From here, patio doors offer easy access to the pool terrace and garden. There is a double bedroom with en suite shower room on this floor.

First Floor

Stairs lead you to the first floor, where you'll find the three bedrooms. There is one double room, and two twin rooms, all furnished in classic pinewood. The double room has an en suite shower room. The master double bedroom has French windows leading out to its own private terrace - a lovely secluded spot to enjoy that first cup of morning coffee. Throwing open these balcony windows will allow a fresh breeze to enter the bedroom. All bedrooms have access to an upstairs bathroom.

Outside

Stepping out of the patio doors onto the terrace, you are just steps from the freeform pool which curves around a turret. Steps lead into the water for easy access. There are plenty of sunbathing places around the pool, and a shaded terrace with barbeque for al fresco, poolside dining. Beyond the pool is a large grassy lawn - a great place for the children to play, or for you to stretch out with a good book.

Villa Orange Tree is located in Vilamoura, with most amenities within walking distance. The supermarket is just 500m away, and there is a restaurant only 50m away. Viamoura’s long, sandy beaches are 3km. Villa Orange Tree is just 200m from the Old Village complex, with its relaxed atmosphere, popular restaurants and beautiful lake scenery. The nearest golf course, Pinhal Golf, is just 2km away.

Vilamoura is an extremely cosmopolitan resort, and one of Europe’s major golf destinations. Almost every kind of sport and entertainment are on offer, including six golf courses, sports clubs, horse riding stables, a shooting range, night clubs, a casino and plenty of restaurants and bars. Villa Orange Tree is just 2km from the marina, where most of the restaurants and bars can be found - as well as a wonderful array of flamboyant yachts.
Located between a fragrant pine forest, reclaimed wetlands and sparkling, turquoise seas, Vilamoura has been carefully built to incorporate the natural surroundings. Just 3km from the beach, the area boasts beautiful coastline with unusual red-coloured rock and pine tree covered cliffs. For the avid historians there are a preserved Roman site and a museum providing insights to the area's past; originally a Roman fishing town, the ruins include excavated baths in which the mariners used to bathe.
