Surrounded by palm trees and other Mediterranean flora, steps sweep up from the drive to the entrance of this villa. The living / dining area features an open fireplace and satellite TV. There is a second, small living room, complete with a TV and sofa bed, suitable for two people. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, and the washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in one of the three bathrooms. One of these is a shower room. There are four twin bedrooms.
Exterior
Outside there are several covered terraces, perfect for dining together or apart. The barbecue comes with an area for sitting around it, and the large rectangular pool (8.5 x 4.5) is surrounded by a terrace ideal for sunbathing. There is parking within the property for several cars.
