The villa is located in the scenic surrounds of Pinewood Country Estate which is only a ten minute drive from the 192 where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions. A new public plazza has just been built here and Champions Gate is nearby. Disney is only ten minutes away by car with Universal, Seaworld and Discovery Cove also within a short drive. A little further afield are the beaches of the Atlantic and the Kennedy Space Centre (around 1 hour) as well as the Bush Gardens and Gulf coast (90 minutes).

Orlando has a huge choice of entertainment and leisure activities on offer with over 20 major theme parks including Orlando’s Disney World, Orlando’s Epcot, Orlando’s Magic Kingdom, MGC Studios, Bush Gardens, Wet’n Wild, Universal Studios®, Universal Island of Adventures® and Sea World®. If you tire of the adrenaline rushes of the big theme parks, take a bit of time out to enjoy some peaceful golf, fishing or walking. Take an airboat ride or experience a magical swim with dolphins.

Opportunities for dining out are endless here. The big parks have themed restaurants which will delight any children in your party but there are plenty of places to enjoy a romantic meal for two and you can always have a family meal in your villa. The main restaurant corridor, Highway 192, runs through the middle of all the theme parks and has something to suit all tastes.

Florida Mall offers a huge choice of shops and Orlando has plenty of outlet stores providing a massive range of famous brands at discounted prices. For holiday souvenirs, browse the precincts of downtown Disney and Universal’s City Walk. Highway 192 is lined with shops for your every need.

Ground Floor

This spacious family villa has white floor tiles, walls and blinds to help create a light and airy feel. There is an open plan kitchen/dining/living area featuring a fully fitted white kitchen, breakfast bar and stools, informal dining area overlooking the pool and a comfortable seating area with cable TV and a DVD player. The room has a high ceiling with a fan provided to keep things cool and patio doors which open conveniently to the pool area, Just off the kitchen is a formal dining room with a glass-topped oblong table and eight upholstered chairs.

The spacious master suite is situated on the ground floor and has a double bed, patio doors to the pool area and an en suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom on this level.

First Floor

There are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor of the villa. There is one double bedroom and two well-furnished twin rooms.

Outside

Cool off in the private pool or relax in the spa after a day at the attractions. The pool area also has patio dining furniture for informal family meals.

Additional Information

Pool and spa heating is available on request for a supplement of £125 per week.
Air-conditioning, towels and linen included.
Stays of under 7 nights incur an extra cleaning charge of £50.
