The Quinta is set in a slightly slping garden and constructed on 3 levels; the entrance level contains 2 twin bedrooms each with a walk in shower room en suite, hallway, sitting/dining room with fireplace and a very well equipped oak kitchen.

From the kitchen and dining area larege French windows open onto the ample outdor terrace with its shading, comfortable outdoor furniture, built-in barbecue and lovely views.

The large unusual cascading pool(skin firendly saltwater)

The first floor twin bedroom with walk-in shower room offers a large private sun terrace with sea and countryside views.
The lower level has its own sitting room/study, twin bedroom, games room with sofas and TV/games, walk in shower room and access to the garden.
All the rooms are very attractively designed; terracotta tiles throughout, antiques, rugs and traditional Portuguese elements have been tastefully mixed by the owner to create a truly elegant and unique style. The very large garden is extremely well maintained, featuring masture palms, bougainvilleas , shrubs and lawns.
