Within easy walking distance is the centuries old Hamlet of Santa Margalida, much grown since ancient times, and here you will find many interesting shops selling home produced foods and handmade wares. Sample the local Tapas Bars and excellent restaurants offering a wide variety of local menus.

If you can persuade yourself to leave Capela several excellent beaches are within a 10 minute drive.

The impressive furnishings are of particular grand charm - providing elegance and an abundance of authentic character complemented by so many original antique furnishings throughout, marble floors, olive wood beamed ceilings and hand painted frescos and now with the added benefit of air conditioning.

On entering is the huge entrance hall with an office corner with internet connection and an inner stone arch leading into the very spacious living room with Satellite TV, DVD, Video and French doors opening to the sun terraces. The beautiful dining room has access to a side sun terrace with mountain views. The main kitchen has Aga style cooker, dishwasher, microwave and all required implements. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a second kitchen mainly used by the house keeper for duties.

Stairs lead to; Bedroom 1 - Two Four Poster beds, en-suite shower room and private sun terrace.

Bedroom 2 - One double bed with en-suite bath/shower.

Bedroom 3 - One Four Poster bed with en-suite shower room and sun terrace.

Bedroom 4 - One double bed with en-suite shower room and sun terrace.

Bedroom 5 - Is a Suite with twin beds, sitting area, arch picture windows and en-suite bath/shower room.

Bedroom 6 - Has a double bed and adjacent bath/shower room and is linked to Bedroom 7. Bedroom 7 - Has a single bed and en-suite shower room. Bedrooms 6 and 7 are ideal for an aupair/nanny with direct access to your children in the adjoining room. \m. The very friendly housekeeper lives nearby and will serve breakfast and lunch/dinner. This service is on request and payable locally. Babysitting and full cook service also on request.

The North East area of Majorca is one of the most picturesque on the island. Ancient fishing villages, friendly resorts, clean sandy beaches and historical towns line this spectacular area of the coast. The main tourist resorts are Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia.
