The Cane Island Condominium complex has a convenient location off Highway 192 in Kissimmee and is an ideal base from which to explore the delights of Central Florida. The complex is within walking distance of Kissimee Old Town and only 5km from the main gates of Walt Disney World. There is a choice of restaurants and shops just one block away, a Walmart within 1.5km and a similar distance to Celebration where you will find a cinema and an array of quaint shops and restaurants around the lake.

Situated on the north west shore of Lake Tohopekaliga, Kissimmee is considered to be the primary entrance to Orlando. There are a number of world class golf courses here, the closest being the 18-hole Falcon’s Fire course. The main road to Disney, Highway 192, is lined with hundred of shops and there is a huge shopping outlet on Vineland Avenue just 3km from the complex. Universal Studios, Sea World and a choice of shopping and restaurants are situated within a fifteen car journey drive along International Drive.

Orlando is renowned for its theme parks. Walt Disney World consists of four main parks, three water parks and a shopping and dining district with plenty to amuse family members of all ages. Other attractions in the region include the Kennedy Space Centre, Wet ‘N’ Wild and Discovery Cove. If you feel like taking a break from such frenetic activity, take a stroll through the scenic Lake Kissimmee State Park, or drive to the Gulf Coast, just over an hour’s drive away, to enjoy a relaxing day by the sea. Swimming, tennis, walking, cycling, golf and fishing are all available nearby.

Approach

The condominium is situated within a brand new gated complex of two and three bedroom properties amidst landscaped grounds with superb communal leisure facilities including a pool, gym, clubhouse and spa.

Ground Floor

Each condo has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with comfortable, modern furnishings including a queen sized sleeper sofa bed. There are sliding French doors from the living room to a small private terrace or balcony which is a great place for your morning coffee or pre-dinner drink.

The master bedroom contains a king size bed, TV and has an en suite bathroom. The other bedroom is a twin with a further separate bathroom. A cot and highchair are available on request.

The condo is furnished to a very high standard and has air-conditioning throughout.

Outside

There is an attractive lake at the heart of the development surrounded by lawns and palms. The large communal pool is free-form in shape and has both integral and ladder steps. Surrounding the pool is a spacious sun terrace equipped with sun-loungers where you can relax in the Florida sunshine whilst your children play. There is also a heated spa and sauna – perfect for soothing tired muscles after a busy day out.

There is a smart clubhouse overlooking the lake which has a huge social lounge with 42” plasma TV, a well-equipped games room with pool table, a communal kitchen with a fridge for storing drinks and food whilst at the pool, a business centre and a state-of-the- art fitness room. There is also a children’s playground to keep little ones amused.

Each condo has a small private balcony or terrace with patio furniture. There is a parking space outside.
