Sea Gem is situated in the charming little resort of Mlini just 9km from Dubrovnik. Mlini offers you lovely pebble beaches, a host of interesting small side streets and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants where you can sit outside and enjoy your meal. The property is just 70 metres from the sea and a nice pebble beach, and 300 metres to the centre of Mlini and the main beach; here you will find shops, bars and good restaurants such as ‘Mlini’, ‘Lanterna’ and a fine vegetarian restaurant called ‘Mlinica’. You can also catch local ferries in season to local islands or into the marvellous ancient town of Dubrovnik. Once in Dubrovnik, you have a myriad of charming streets, shops, bars and restaurants as well as being able to hop on a ferry to the Elafitski Islands of Sipan, Lopud and Kolocep as well as the island of Mljet which has one of Croatia''s best National Parks. Cavtat is only a few minutes drive and again has a lovely centre on the sea front. DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION This property has been designed to create a combination of comfort with a touch of luxury; the main living areas have plenty of light and maximise views to the garden, pool and sea. A lovely summer house is beside the main building with kitchenette, sliding windows, dining table plus chairs and comfortable seating; just outside is a built in barbecue.You enter the house directly into an air conditioned living area with large windows overlooking the garden, two armchairs, a sofa, and satellite TV. On your right is an opening into a dining room with table and chairs for 8 and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave; off the dining room is a double bedroom. A small corridor from the living room leads you to a small twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a shower room/wc with a washing machine, a bathroom/wc with a jacuzzi, and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room/wc. Outside is a garden measuring 500m2, and a 5.5m x 4m swimming pool. You can walk just 70 metres to a nice pebble beach and a little further are the main beach, restaurants and shops.   Getting there: Sunday arrival at Dubrovnik. Drive 15 minutes.
