This lovely open-plan area has white walls and lots of windows creating a light and airy feel. The room is ideal for accommodating a large group, with a couple of seating areas, a satellite television in one corner, a music system and DVD player. Sliding French doors lead out to the large south-facing terrace with view of the pool garden and sea. A square arch leads to the dining area which is furnished with a circular wooden table and chairs.
The kitchen has fitted pine units and lots of worktop space. Well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, the kitchen has a breakfast table and chairs and access to the aptly named ‘sunset terrace’.

There are three ground floor bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double, as well as two separate bathrooms on this floor. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with cool tiled floors, eye-catching fabrics and simple wooden furniture. Each room benefits from direct access to the garden or pool area.
Outside
The villa stands within fully enclosed gardens and is surrounded by trees and hedges for privacy.
Adjacent to the villa is a furnished covered terrace which has central circular steps leading down to the pool terrace. This spacious south-facing sun terrace is landscaped with palm trees and spiky shrubs and has sun-loungers and umbrellas positioned around the edge for comfortable relaxation.
The barbecue area is perfect for those who like to socialise whilst they cook - built under cover but with direct access to the garden, the barbecue has basic kitchen facilities and plenty of room for the chef’s helpers.
