Interior

The Sunflower property is spread over two floors. Downstairs you will find most of the rooms. The living / dining room is modern and fully equipped, complete with ceiling fan, satellite TV, mini Hi-Fi and DVD player. The kitchen is well furnished, with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Two of the bedrooms are on this floor, both are twin rooms, with a separate bathroom. There is also another guest toilet.

Upstairs you will find the third and final double bedroom, with its own en suite bathroom and terrace.

Exterior

Outside there is a large covered terrace, perfect for enjoying meals on the barbecue on mild evenings. The large pool is surrounded by a sun terrace, and set in a delightful fenced garden. There is closed parking for several cars.

Location

Situated in a pleasant living area on the plateau of "Cabo de la Nao. Only a 5 minute drive from the nearest shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes from La Granadella beach.
