Single storey home offering very comfortable accommodation with lots of the owner’s own personal touches. The property has an ‘open’ floor plan for the living/dining/kitchen areas but offers two separate sitting areas and a super modern kitchen with all the modern appliances. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom. There is a further double bedroom with ensuite shower and a door to the pool terrace. Two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

Screened pool with a very large deck area overlooking a lake. The pool has an electric pool heater (supplement payable). This should be booked in advance to ensure the pool is up to temperature before arrival.

The community also offers two heated communal pools, children’s play area, tennis courts, basketball and 5-a-side soccer nets.

Naples is a charming town offering exclusive shopping and restaurants approximately ten minutes drive. The lovely beach and pier is a perfect place to enjoy the climate and watch the sun going down over the Gulf of Mexico.

Christmas and New Year period - minimum stay 2 weeks - no Christmas Day arrivals.
