Ground Floor
This single storey property benefits from a spacious layout and good-sized rooms. The large, open-plan living area has a generous expanse of floor space, high ceilings and has been well decorated and laid out; this all creates a real feeling of space. There is a separate dining area in one corner of the living area, set within a wide alcove, with a large wooden table and chairs to seat six. To the back and left of the living space is fireplace with a traditionally tapered chimney, and there is a selection of armchairs and sofas as well as a coffee table and a large dresser. Most of the rooms can be found through single wooden doors leading off from the central living area, and all have nice views of the garden from their windows. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The master twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, as does one of the double bedrooms. There are two further bedrooms, one twin and one double; all the bedrooms are furnished with wooden beds and cabinets, and neutral coloured fabrics that complement the clean, white walls. The final room of this property is a separate family bathroom.
Outside
The grounds of this villa are quite large and surround the property on all sides. There are large, raised areas of lawn to the back of the villa, bordered with shrubs and small stone walls. To one side is the private pool which is bordered by a ring of sun terracing and low, white plastered walls. From here you can glimpse the golden sands of the Atlantic in the distance. There is also a covered terrace attached to the villa in a courtyard area to the front. Each part has the feel of a separate, secret garden, although you can access them all easily; for example, a large set of shallow stairs takes you from the front courtyard up to the pool area. The leaves of the many, mature trees around the property, shade the gardens and rustle in the breeze. There is a built-in barbecue and an outdoor table and chairs at the poolside, or there is a dining table and chairs under the covered terrace to the front of the house, both are ideal for al fresco dining.
