This is a single storey villa with spacious, light rooms and is set in a large, beautiful plot. Doors open out from the living area to the outside terrace.

Ground Floor

This single storey property benefits from a spacious layout and good-sized rooms. The large, open-plan living area has a generous expanse of floor space, high ceilings and has been well decorated and laid out; this all creates a real feeling of space. There is a separate dining area in one corner of the living area, set within a wide alcove, with a large wooden table and chairs to seat six. To the back and left of the living space is fireplace with a traditionally tapered chimney, and there is a selection of armchairs and sofas as well as a coffee table and a large dresser. Most of the rooms can be found through single wooden doors leading off from the central living area, and all have nice views of the garden from their windows. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The master twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, as does one of the other twins. There are two further twin bedrooms; all the bedrooms are furnished with wooden beds and cabinets, and neutral coloured fabrics that complement the clean, white walls. The final room of this property is a separate family bathroom.

Outside

The grounds of this villa are quite large and surround the property on all sides. There are large, raised areas of lawn to the back of the villa, bordered with shrubs and small stone walls. To one side is the private pool which is bordered by a ring of sun terracing and low, white plastered walls. From here you can glimpse the golden sands of the Atlantic in the distance. There is also a covered terrace attached to the villa in a courtyard area to the front. Each part has the feel of a separate, secret garden, although you can access them all easily; for example, a large set of shallow stairs takes you from the front courtyard up to the pool area. The leaves of the many, mature trees around the property, shade the gardens and rustle in the breeze. There is a built-in barbecue and an outdoor table and chairs at the poolside, or there is a dining table and chairs under the covered terrace to the front of the house, both are ideal for al fresco dining.

Location

This villa is located in a quiet area of the sophisticated resort of Vale do Lobo, within close proximity of its beach, shops and leisure facilities, including two world-class golf courses. This villa offers spacious accommodation and large, private grounds which could suit large families or groups of friends holidaying together.

The dune-backed golden, stretch of sand that borders the Atlantic Ocean along this section of the Algarve, is popular with local surfers and the families holidaying in Vale do Lobo. As well as golf, horse-riding and tennis, there are plenty of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.

There are many golf courses nearby; the nearest being the Royal and Ocean courses on the Vale do Lobo development, approximately 2km from the villa. Alternatively, Quinta do Lago South (the course used for the Portuguese open) and Quinta do Lago North are approximately 4.5km away.

Vale do Lobo has its own shops about 1km away from the property. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants lining the sophisticated sea-front Pra�a (or promenade) along Vale do Lobo beach; here you can dine al fresco on the terraces and watch the world go by.

Nearby attractions include the 'Aqua Show' water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approximately 25km away. The inland town of Loul�, 20 minutes away by car, has a craft market every Saturday where the traditional, local craftsmen display their wares.
