This traditional townhouse is arranged across three floors with the master bedroom on the uppermost floor, benefiting from spectacular sea views.

Ground Floor

You enter the property on the ground floor into a small entrance hall which has a window to one side and a set of stairs leading up to the first floor.

First Floor

The light and bright open-plan living area is at the top of the stairs. At the front of the living room is a set of glass patio doors opening out on to a small terrace where you can relax in the sunshine and watch the world go by. Since the expanse of glass is almost as wide as the wall, this fills the room with natural light. There are comfortable armchairs and sofas, and also a television. The dining table and chairs with seating for four is conveniently situated next to the open-plan fitted kitchen. This has a range of base and eye-level units, integral fridge/freezer and dishwasher and a built-in electric oven and microwave. There is a gas-powered hob top with overhead extractor unit, and a stainless steel sink set within the black granite worktop.

Second Floor

A further set of stairs take you to the second floor, and the first twin bedroom which is furnished with louvre-door fronted wardrobes. There is also a nicely decorated bathroom which has marble floors and ceramic tiled walls and contains a bath with over-bath shower, bidet, hand basin, and toilet.

Third Floor

Another staircase rises to the master bedroom on the top floor which is furnished with twin beds and wardrobes. It has sliding patio doors opening out on to a roof terrace with stunning views over the Praca (promenade) to Vale do Lobo's golden beach - a lovely spot to enjoy a cool drink and watch the sun set over the ocean.

This end-of-terrace townhouse is only a stone's throw from the beach and the Pra�a (or promenade) of Vale do Lobo; an exclusive resort known for its sophisticated sea-front cafes and restaurants and world-class golf courses.

The dune-backed golden, stretch of sand that borders the Atlantic Ocean along this section of the Algarve, is popular with local surfers and the families holidaying in Vale do Lobo. As well as golf, horse-riding and tennis, there are plenty of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.

There are many golf courses nearby; the nearest being the Royal and Ocean courses on the Vale do Lobo development, approximately 1.5km from the villa. Alternatively, Quinta do Lago South (the course used for the Portuguese open) and Quinta do Lago North are approximately 4.5km away.

Vale do Lobo has its own shopping centre within walking distance and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants lining the sophisticated sea-front Pra�a along Vale do Lobo beach, just 500m away; here you can dine al fresco on the terraces and watch the world go by.

Nearby attractions include the 'Aqua Show' water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approximately 25km away. The inland town of Loul�, 20 minutes away by car, has a craft market every Saturday where the traditional, local craftsmen display their wares.
