Villa Walkthrough
This townhouse spans two levels with sleeping accommodation on both and a private terrace on the upper floor.
Ground Floor
This townhouse has been beautifully furnished using simple wooden furniture and bright soft-furnishings to complement the traditional white walls and pale, tiled floors. Through the main entrance you enter the cosy living room with comfortable sofas on which you can relax whilst watching the satellite television. The modern kitchen has an open-plan style with a large breakfast bar and bar stools to seat four people. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences you might expect; a dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. There is also a dining area with a traditional, wooden, kitchen table and chairs for up to six people. Just off of this is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, so you don’t have far to go to make a cup of tea in the morning.
First Floor
A small staircase takes you to the first floor with there is a light and airy second bedroom with twin beds and patio doors which open out onto a private balcony with nice views of the surrounding area. Also on the upper floor is a shower room, and access to a private upper terrace - a nice spot for sunbathing or a morning cup of coffee.

The air-conditioning is available for a supplement payable locally.
There is maid service 5 days a week.
Please note that during the winter months October 2006 to March 2007 there will be an extra charge for gas and electricity consumption during your stay which will be calculated land payable locally prior to your departure.

We were absolutely delighted with no 47. it was beautifully presented and helped to make up for the appalling weather we experienced. it was quite frankly far beyond the standard we expected and incredible value for money. we would not hesitate to ask for the same villa again. the tv was not the easiest to use but possibly the remote controls were a bit tired or faulty but this is the only complaint. if the weather had been better we wouldn't have had to turn it on!!!Experience Recommendations:
The position of the villa was excellent as it was only three minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. we tried three of them and montys came out top.

Location
This townhouse is situated in a tranquil part of the Vale do Lobo development, which has a village feel due to its cobbled pathways and landscaped gardens. The location is ideal for families wanting to be close to the sea but also near to amenities and activities.
The golden, sandy beaches of the Algarve are less than a kilometre away and are popular with local surfers and the families holidaying in Vale do Lobo. As well as golf, horse-riding and tennis, there are plenty of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.
There are many golf courses nearby; the nearest being the developments own two courses; Royal and Ocean, approximately 1.5km from the house. Quinta do Lago South (the course used for the Portuguese open) and Quinta do Lago North are approximately 4km away.
Vale do Lobo shopping is only about 1 kilometre from the property, and you can also visit the sophisticated, sea-front restaurants and cafes along the beach's Pra�a (or promenade) where you can dine al fresco on their terraces and watch the world go by.
Nearby attractions include the 'Aqua Show' water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approximately 25km away. The inland town of Loul�, 20 minutes away by car, has a craft market every Saturday.
