Approach

A private driveway leads up to the property past the large, manicured lawn, an open space on which to enjoy the sunshine.

Ground Floor

The villa is split across two levels, on the first is the living area which is comfortably furnished and has doors opening out onto a covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. There is a rich-coloured wooden floor underfoot and the walls are a clean, crisp white At the back of the living room is a separate dining area with a table and chairs seating four. The good-sized fitted kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and it has doors that lead out to the exterior patio near the pool. The master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom are also on the ground floor, as well as a cloakroom.

First Floor

Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms; furnished with twin beds and sharing the use of a bathroom with full bath, shower and toilet. On this upper level there are doors out to a sunbathing terrace, with views of the garden, which then descends back down to the garden and pool. The well-kept garden is bordered by mature pine trees, box hedges and flowering shrubs. The kidney-shaped private swimming pool is surrounded by terracing and low walls. There is a barbecue area with a built-in barbecue, perfect for preparing dinner to eat on the terrace.

There is maid service 3 times per week.

This villa is located on one of the quietest parts of Vale do Lobo and has a large plot, with mature gardens, offering privacy. Yet, it is still only a short walk from the dune-backed beaches, and Vale do Lobo's excellent shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.

The golden, sandy beaches of the Algarve are only a kilometre away and are popular with local surfers and the families who holiday in Vale do Lobo. As well as golf, horse-riding and tennis, there are plenty of water sports on offer along this section of the Atlantic coast.

There are many golf courses nearby; the nearest being Vale do Lobo's own courses; Royal and Ocean, approximately 1.5km from the property. Alternatively, the Quinta do Lago South and North Courses (used for the Portuguese Open) are about 4km away,

The nearest restaurant and shops are only 5 minutes walk. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes situated on the Praca (or promenade) that leads along the sea-front at Vale do Lobo beach, where you can dine al fresco on their terraces.

Nearby attractions include the 'Aqua Show' water park, a 15 minute drive from Vale do Lobo and the Zoo-Marine sea life centre theme park in Albufeira, approximately 25km away. The inland town of Loul�, 20 minutes away by car, has a craft market every Saturday.
